Uniting us all towards a healthier future takes teamwork
The Coalition for a Healthier Frederick County acts a hub in collaboration with the Frederick County Health Department, Frederick Health, and many community partners.
Our partners include charitable and religious groups, business and corporate entities, state and local government organizations, healthcare providers, private and non-profit organizations, coalitions and citizen groups, and individuals. More than 200 partners work with us to have a collective impact on health in Frederick County.
