This virtual gathering will include updates from the Frederick County Health Department and Healthier Frederick, as well as exciting announcements about the future direction of our 4 Local Health Improvement Process (LHIP) Workgroups:

• Institutional and Systemic Racism Workgroup

• Affordable Healthy Food Workgroup

• Inadequate Affordable Housing Supply Workgroup

• Mental Health Workgroup

Each of the LHIP Workgroups will present the logic models they're currently working on together and offer a glimpse into proposed future projects.
