Aetna Better Health of MD in collaboration with Children of Incarcerated Parent Partnership (COIPP) is organizing a community baby shower to celebrate pregnant women in Frederick County. The event is for pregnant women, celebrating the journey and providing gifts and resources to assist while navigating this season.
