The Frederick County Health Department (FCHD) invites those who have lost a loved one to participate in an event called “Remembering Love & Restoring Hope” to be held in August to honor the lives lost to drug or alcohol overdose.  

Anyone interested in having their loved one be included in the event can submit information through an online form. Submissions will be accepted through July 15, 2026.
