The CHNA Public Input Session is a cornerstone for shaping health strategies that address pressing community health needs. It builds on the Coalition and our partners’ longstanding dedication to health equity, public health advocacy, and fostering community partnerships.

Subject matter experts will be presenting on four pressing health issues in Frederick County, based on data from the July 2024 Community Health Survey, September 2024 focus groups, public Root Causes Surveys, and secondary data. These pressing issues include:

  1. Racial Equity and Justice

  2. Housing

  3. Food/Nutrition

  4. Mental Health/Social Isolation

We are welcoming all Frederick County residents to join us and help us capture the diverse voices of our community. By participating, attendees can contribute to a collective vision for a healthier Frederick County as their insights will directly inform the next LHIP, ensuring that community and data-driven priorities remain at the heart of the planning process.
